Privacy Policy

When you submit the Start Your Journey questionnaire, we collect the information you provide: your full name, email address, optional phone number, the services you are interested in, your selected goals, your preferred training location and frequency, and any additional information you choose to include.

The questionnaire also uses a hidden anti-spam field to help identify automated submissions.

Our hosting platform may process standard technical information needed to deliver, maintain, and protect the website. It also provides aggregate website analytics, which may include pageviews, visitor counts, device type, traffic source, and general country-level location. We do not currently use advertising pixels or separately installed marketing analytics tools.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those font files, Google may receive standard technical request information, such as your IP address and browser details. If you follow our Instagram link, Instagram handles information under its own privacy practices.

We use questionnaire information to:

• review and respond to your inquiry;
• understand your goals and preferences;
• discuss appropriate One Wellness services;
• operate and administer the inquiry process; and
• detect or prevent spam, misuse, or technical problems.

We do not use questionnaire submissions for unrelated marketing campaigns, and we do not sell the information submitted through the questionnaire.

Questionnaire submissions are stored in the One Wellness database hosted through Lovable Cloud. Direct public access to the submissions table is disabled, and submissions are handled through server-side systems.

After a successful submission, a notification containing the questionnaire answers is sent through Lovable's managed email service to hello@onewellness.nyc. The email address provided in the questionnaire is set as the Reply-To address so One Wellness can respond directly.

We use service providers, including Lovable Cloud and its managed email infrastructure, to host the website, store submissions, and deliver notification emails. These providers process information as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, One Wellness, or others.

One Wellness has not established a fixed retention period for questionnaire submissions. Information may remain in the database and in the One Wellness email inbox until it is deleted.

You may contact us to request deletion of your submission. We may retain information when needed for recordkeeping or legal obligations.

We use access restrictions and server-side handling intended to limit unauthorized access to questionnaire submissions. However, no website, database, or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please avoid including highly sensitive medical, financial, or identification information in the optional notes field. The questionnaire is an initial inquiry and is not intended for urgent or emergency communications.

You may contact One Wellness to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted through the website. To make a request, email hello@onewellness.nyc. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website or information practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
